How does reserving from the shop work?
Choose your items and a pick-up date, then send the reservation. You receive a reservation code by email, staff set the items aside, and you pay for and collect them at the shop inside Patong Boxing Stadium.
Do I pay online?
No. Nothing is charged online. You pay at the shop when you collect your items.
How long are items held, and can I cancel?
Items are held for a few days after the pick-up date you chose; the last day to collect is shown on your reservation. After that, the reservation expires automatically.
To cancel, look up your reservation with its code and email on My booking.
