Money back
Cancellation and refunds
When a booking can be cancelled, what comes back, and how long it takes.
Who you are buying from
Tickets on this site are sold direct by the company that runs the stadium. There is no agency in between: the booking, the payment and the ticket are all handled by the stadium's own team.

The rule
A booking can be cancelled up to one day before the date on your voucher, and the ticket amount is refunded in full; any online booking fee is not refundable. From the show date onwards — including the night itself — it is not refundable, and a booking that is simply not used is not refunded.
How to cancel
Email booking@patongboxingstadiumticket.com, or message WhatsApp +66 80 535 4042, with your booking number before the deadline. You will get a written confirmation. The cancellation counts from the time your message reaches us, Thailand time.
When the money arrives
Every refund is processed within 7–10 days of the cancellation, back to the method you paid with and in Thai baht. A card refund can take a few more days to show on your statement, depending on your bank.
If the show does not run
If the stadium cannot run the show, you choose: move to another fight night, or take the whole amount back. Nothing is charged for the change either way.
If something went wrong with the payment
If you were charged twice, or the money left your account and no voucher arrived, write with your booking number and the time of the transfer. A payment that cannot be matched to a booking is refunded in full.
Moving the date instead
A date change is free before the show date and keeps the price you paid, so it is usually the better answer to a change of plan.
Training packages
Muay Thai training packages are not refundable. A session can be moved if you tell the gym at least 3 hours ahead; a session missed without notice counts as used.
Bookings paid at the stadium
Nothing has been taken yet, so there is nothing to refund — just tell the team you cannot come, so the places go back on sale.
