Booking, step by step
The booking panel asks four things: the night, the package and how many of you there are, where you are staying, and how to reach you. Adults, children and infants are counted separately so the team knows who is coming — a child pays the same price as an adult and an infant on a lap needs no ticket — and the running total at the bottom updates as you go.
Where you are staying is not small talk: it decides whether the free shared van can collect you. It runs to Patong, Kata and Karon only, so a hotel outside those areas can still book tickets, and transport from there costs extra — ask our staff for the price on WhatsApp.
- Pick a fight night — Monday to Saturday, up to a year ahead
- Choose RINGSIDE or STADIUM and the number of guests
- Add your hotel and room number, and the free shared van if you are in Patong, Kata or Karon
- Leave the email address the voucher should go to
Paying
Payment happens straight after the booking, on the payment page, which lists the methods available for your booking. If you pay by Thai PromptPay, the QR code can be scanned by any Thai banking app, and the amount includes satang that look odd on purpose: those last digits are how the transfer is matched to your booking automatically.
The booking is held while the payment window is open. If it closes before you pay, nothing is lost except that booking — the night is still there and you can book it again. Any online booking fee is shown as its own line before you pay, and it is not refunded if you later cancel.
What arrives, and what to bring
As soon as the payment is confirmed, the voucher is emailed to the address you gave, with a booking number, a voucher number and a QR code. Save it to your phone or take a screenshot; the stadium is not a place to be hunting for a signal.
At the entrance on Sai Nam Yen Road, show the voucher. RINGSIDE seats are assigned by staff after booking, so your seat is given to you at that point rather than chosen online; STADIUM has no assigned seat. Every ticket includes a stadium shirt, collected on the night.
Changing a date, or cancelling
A booking can be moved to another fight night free of charge, but only before the show date printed on it — not on the day itself. Call or email the team with the booking number and the new date you want.
To cancel, email booking@patongboxingstadiumticket.com or message WhatsApp +66 80 535 4042 with your booking number up to one day before the show date, and the ticket amount is refunded — minus the card processing fee our payment provider keeps (about 5–6%) for card payments, in full for PromptPay; an online booking fee is not refunded. From the show date onwards nothing is refunded, so a night that no longer suits you is worth moving or cancelling well before it arrives.
If something looks wrong
The booking lookup page on this site takes your booking or voucher number with the email you used, shows what was booked and lets you download the tickets again. It is the fastest fix for a voucher that went to a spam folder or a phone that has since been wiped.
For anything the page cannot answer — a name spelled wrong, a night to move, a group larger than the form accepts — call +66 80 535 4042 or email booking@patongboxingstadiumticket.com.
Questions people ask
Can I buy tickets at the stadium on the night?
This site sells online in advance, and that is what guarantees you a place and the free transfer. For walk-up availability on a particular night, call the stadium on +66 80 535 4042 and ask before you travel.
I did not get the email. What now?
Check the spam folder first, then use the booking lookup page with your booking number and the email address you booked with. It shows the booking and lets you download the tickets again straight away.
Can I pay with a foreign card?
The payment page lists the methods available for your booking before you pay, and a foreign card works wherever card payment is listed. The PromptPay QR is different: it can only be scanned by a Thai banking app.
